Official website of The Kenya Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons
In collaboration with Ministry of Health, county governments and the Wound Society of Kenya, the society has embarked to deliver the first locally published guidelines on wound management and the largest point prevalence study of wounds in East Africa. The intention of the 2 projects is to elevate and standardize the care of wounds in the country & add to the international body of knowledge on wounds
With the growth of the fraternity, we have seen an increase in the number of research work in Plastic Surgery being published in well reknowned local and international journals. Our membership is strongly encouraged to publish original work, and the society provides support in this regard.
